Behavioral Rates LLC operates Behavioral Rates. We collect only what we need to run the membership.

What we collect

Account operations, not a marketing dossier.

Account: The name, email, and authentication factors you submit, plus organization membership.
Billing: Billing identifiers from Stripe needed to take payment, issue invoices, and keep the membership current.
Operations: Logs required to run and secure the service. We do not sell personal information.

Benchmark figures

Published rates are not patient records.

Benchmark figures are derived from public CMS Transparency-in-Coverage files and the public NPI registry. They are not patient records and are not protected health information.

Cookies and keys

Session material stays scoped to this product.

Authentication cookies: Host-scoped and HTTP-only.
API keys: Hashed, scoped, and revocable.
Service assertions: Internal service-binding assertions never appear in the browser.
Email: Sent through Resend when that secret is configured.
