These terms govern use of Behavioral Rates, operated by Behavioral Rates LLC.
Account and membership
Payment comes first. A login is created after the invoice settles.
- Subscribe
- Use a company email at checkout. Personal mailboxes cannot buy a membership. Invited teammates on the same domain create a login without paying again.
- Access
- Protected benchmark data is available only after a verified annual payment and a login created from that paid email.
What you license
One annual subscription per organization.
- Coverage
- Membership includes every state, facility detail, export, and the out-of-network layer.
- Seats
- Three seats are included. Extra seats must use the same company email domain as the owner.
- Customer Portal
- The Customer Portal may update payment methods, invoices, and period-end cancellation. It does not change the plan.
What the product is not
Distributions of publicly disclosed rates, never advice.
The product publishes distributions of publicly disclosed rates. It is not legal, pricing, or negotiation advice. You may not use the service to set or recommend a price.
Suspension
We may suspend access after a failed payment once the documented recovery window ends, or immediately for abuse or an audited emergency override.
