What does annual access include?

Prepaid access to published in-network rates in the states you select at checkout — one state, or up to five — plus facility search and profiles, saved views, and seats for your organization. There is no automatic renewal.

How much does it cost?

One selected state is $2,000 for twelve months. Up to five selected states is $6,000 for twelve months. You pay once through Stripe, then set a password.

How many people can use one membership?

The owner plus teammates on the same company email domain, up to the seat limit shown at checkout. Seats are for that organization, not a personal login you share.

Is there a free public rate table?

No. The home page shows one nationwide map of the typical residential rate by state. Rates by insurer, facilities, and the other levels of care are inside a membership.

Two products, sold separately per state.

Members of one product get 20% off the other, with one login for both. Pick a state on each card to see that month's coverage before you buy. Prepaid annual access; the list price is the same in the 50 states and DC.
